A series of patented technologies, unique spring heat treatment patented technology, can achieve real-time monitoring of heat treatment temperature and intelligent temperature adjustment, spring consistency and more stable quality.

The machine is stable and reliable, the height of the springs after pocketing is consistent and the output of spring strings is neat and tidy.

Figure below illustrates the minimum height of the machine (front view). The space for machine in height has to be more than 3.4 meters. Notice: when the machine is placed, please ensure the proper height and horizon of the machine by adjusting machine foot. The machine has to be fixed on the ground afterwards by ground bolts. Besides, do not place any other irrelevant material in the working area that may cause chaos and safety risk.
